RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns and issue refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery (for example, the pump does not work). Please contact us at hello@blocki.com to request a return and we will get back to you with shipping instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned goods and may take up to 30 days to process. Purchases made at blocki.com may not be returned to retailers.
